Brookfield: DESIGN AND BUILD

Our client aimed to maximize profit on this project by transforming it into a stunning home for resale. DEEMA: FULL VILLA DESIGN

This villa in The Lakes – Deema was recently renovated, but lacked the warmth and personality the client envisioned for their new home. Edition Living was brought in to deliver a complete interior design and furnishing transformation, ensuring every detail reflected the homeowners' lifestyle and taste.

The project scope included MEP upgrades, window modifications, bespoke joinery, balcony creation, and full property furnishing. We also installed luxury carpeting, elegant curtains, and completed detailed landscaping to enhance the indoor-outdoor flow. With custom finishes and cohesive styling throughout, the result is a thoughtfully designed family home that feels truly lived in and loved.

FLORA: DESIGN AND BUILD

This full villa renovation in DAMAC Hills – Flora was undertaken with a focus on maximizing resale value. Edition Living delivered a comprehensive turnkey transformation, starting with a complete strip-out and ending in a luxury-ready, high-yield property.
